Who operates the site

Nextera. The operator’s contact details have not yet been completed. Direct inquiries are not active in this version.

02

Information in the contact form

The form accepts your name, email, project type and description. Providing information is voluntary; there is no legal obligation to do so. It is needed to prepare and respond to an inquiry. Form data stays in browser memory and is not submitted to a server by this site. When a contact channel is configured, the button opens a draft in WhatsApp or your email app, where you complete the send action. When a brief download is offered, the file is saved only on your device.

03

Purposes and recipients

Information you send to Nextera is used to respond, understand your needs and prepare a requested proposal. The form does not subscribe you to a mailing list or authorize marketing messages. Your chosen email provider or WhatsApp may process the draft and message under its own terms, including outside Israel. Do not include passwords, payment information or unnecessary sensitive information.

04

Cookies and device storage

The site code does not set HTTP cookies. It uses localStorage for your privacy choice, accessibility preferences you request and, only with consent, your language. There are no analytics tools, advertising pixels or third-party embeds. Fonts and portfolio images are hosted with the site. The cookie policy lists storage names and lifetimes.

05

Hosting and inquiry retention

The hosting provider may process IP addresses, browser details and technical information to deliver and secure the website. The provider and logging policy must be specified when hosting is selected. Sent inquiries remain in the business email or WhatsApp account while being handled and subsequently as needed for a business relationship or legal obligations. Retention periods must be completed before publication to reflect the actual business practice.

06

Access, correction and privacy requests

You may contact us about information you provided, request access or correction, and request deletion, subject to the rights and obligations under applicable law. Proportionate identity verification may be required. Deletion may be limited where retention is legally required. The operator’s contact details have not yet been completed. Direct inquiries are not active in this version.
