The site and services
The website operates under the Nextera brand and presents website and digital product design and development services. Content is general information and an invitation to request a proposal. There is no checkout, payment processing or automatic service agreement on this website. The operator’s contact details have not yet been completed. Direct inquiries are not active in this version.
Project engagements
Scope, price, delivery dates, revision rounds, warranty, maintenance, ownership of code and content, payment and cancellation terms are set in a separate proposal and agreement. An inquiry does not create a commitment to purchase or provide a service. In a conflict, the project agreement governs the service, subject to law.
Portfolio and intellectual property
The portfolio presents projects supplied by Nextera. Client trademarks, names, screenshots and content belong to their respective rights holders. Projects marked unpublished are shown as previews only. Do not copy content or design for commercial use without permission or a legal basis.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt availability, impersonate others or submit content that infringes others’ rights. Do not submit malicious content or information you are not authorized to share.
Links, availability and outcomes
External links open sites outside Nextera’s control and may change. Continuous availability or a particular business outcome is not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Updates and applicable law
These terms may be updated as the website and business change. Israeli law applies subject to mandatory legal provisions, including consumer rights and jurisdiction rules that cannot be waived.
